Injection Mold Technicians
Job Description
Location: Peachtree CIty, GA
- 12hr. Day Shift I 2-3-2 I 7AM -7PM
- 12hr. Night Shift I 2-3-2 I 7PM-7AM
Salary: $24- $26/hr
- Maintain cleanliness of floors and work areas, ensuring they are free of materials and debris
- Complete and maintain Daily Mold Condition Sheets, cavitation logs, and silo logs
- Weigh, record, and properly dispose of scrap parts, separating types accordingly
- Input daily production and scrap data into the Production Report
- Assist with root cause analysis documentation (5W&1H)
- Verify lot numbers and correct resin/masterbatch materials
- Provide assistance to Maintenance and Tooling Technicians as needed
- Participate in out-of-press mold preventive maintenance under supervision
- Support short-term engineering projects
- Keep tools organized, clean, and in good condition
- Alert Process Engineer to issues with molds, tools, or machines
- 5+ years of injection mold experience
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
- 10+ years of related manufacturing experience
- Experience with automation equipment maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform equipment/system testing
