Hire Type: Direct-hire, Onsite
Target Salary: $65,000/year

Work Schedule: 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm), Monday - Friday

Job Summary:
Maintain and repair injection molding equipment and perform facility maintenance to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. Work involves electrical, mechanical, automation, and infrastructure systems.

Job Duties:
- Maintain technical expertise to support an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs for equipment and systems.
- Complete preventive maintenance work orders on schedule and maintain maintenance logs.
- Monitor and maintain environmental control systems to maximize energy efficiency.
- Manage maintenance activities using the Main Saver system and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Inspect and coordinate repair of life safety systems, including fire alarms, suppression systems, and entry alarms.
- Perform general facility maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, and furniture setup.
- Collaborate with contractors on construction and maintenance projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
- 5+ years of mechanical/electrical equipment repair experience in manufacturing.
- 5+ years of injection molding maintenance experience.
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of power equipment, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to walk, stand, crawl, stoop, bend, and reach frequently.
