Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: North Aurora, IL 60542
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Shift: 2nd 2:30p-10:30pm / 3rd  10:30p - 6:30am
Hourly Rate: $30hr - $35hr (based on experience) 
Experience Required: Blow Molding, Electrical

We’re looking for a proactive, skilled technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain essential machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do:
  • Install, maintain, and repair production equipment with precision and expertise.
  • Diagnose equipment issues, assess repair needs, and determine the tools and supplies required.
  • Use machine tools to install and repair equipment, ensuring production never skips a beat.
  • Work closely with maintenance and production teams, sharing your insights and solutions.
  • Train and support maintenance helpers, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.
  • Uphold our safety policies, quality standards, and cleanliness practices every step of the way.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
  • Expertise in two or more areas like mechanical systems, electrical work, pneumatics, or hydraulics.
  • Experience with plastic injection or blow molding or injection molding
  • Comfortable working with microprocessor-controlled equipment and diagnosing complex systems.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
