Pay Range:  $35.00 - $40.00/hour (W2, with full employee benefits)

Job Summary: 
Seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities HVAC Technician to maintain and repair industrial refrigeration systems and ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable workplace. This role will focus on the operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of refrigeration equipment across multiple local sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial refrigeration and a strong understanding of industrial HVAC systems.

Job Duties:
  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial refrigeration equipment and HVAC systems.
  • Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and company safety protocols.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot chillers, walk-in coolers/freezers, and other refrigeration systems.
  • Utilize service vehicles to travel between multiple site locations.
  • Complete work orders and documentation for maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize system performance.
  • Follow all OSHA, EPA, and safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of industrial refrigeration experience is required (Residential experience alone is not sufficient for this role).
  • Universal EPA Certification (Required).
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required).
  • Associate degree in HVAC preferred OR High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience.
  • Ability to work onsite at multiple locations using a company-provided service vehicle.
