- Take ownership of time studies and line-balancing activities to optimize production processes.
- Gather and analyze data on existing processes to identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in making layout changes to enhance operational efficiency and maximize space utilization.
- Play a key role in plant launch and layout activities, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal setup.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process changes, improvements, and layout updates.
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Candidates without a Bachelor's degree should have at least 4 years of relevant industrial engineering or layout experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in plant layout and time studies, either through work or academic projects.
- Proficiency in conducting process flows and time studies to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Strong motivation and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) tools, particularly AutoCAD.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
