 Production Planner

Pay Range - $25-$30 per hour depending on experience

Mission:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Enclosure Production Planner to join our team. The Enclosure Production Planner will be responsible for coordinating, planning and managing Bill of Materials (BOM), managing/updating Enclosures project procurement and manufacturing schedules, data analysis as it relates to E, L & M for Enclosures projects. As the key liaison to Enclosures Engineering Team, Procurement Team and Manufacturing Team, the Enclosure Production Planner will ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery with high-quality equipment and customer satisfaction.

Outcomes:

• Coordinate and work with team to build high quality Enclosures and equipment per engineering design.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.

Critical Competencies:

• Create project schedules/Gantt charts using Msft Projects.
• Competent in reading machine, electrical schematics and assembly drawings/models to coordinate material requirements for Enclosures and equipment projects.
• Able to read, organize Bill Of Materials (BOM) for all Enclosures Projects.
• Coordinate/Expedite with Enclosures Buyer all project material needs and adjustments.
• Attention to detail/Sense of Urgency.
• Process, Procedure and Policy Driver.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Flexibility/Adaptability.
• The ability to work closely and collaboratively with internal departments and operations personnel to ensure great teamwork and problem resolution.

• Forklift and crane operation experience moving materials thru the plant.
• Coordinate and schedule outside vendor services.
