Job Summary:
  • The main function of the Industrial Engineer will be costing & planning. Once the quoting process is automated, this individual can focus more on process improvement projects, layouts etc. 

Job Duties:
  • Learn and understand all manufacturing processes and costs
  • Conduct time studies, routings, and process analysis 
  • Analyze data, calculate cost estimates and recommend pricing 
  • Review and analyze customer demands.
  • Develop and maintain the master schedule.
  • Work with Sales to maintain and improve customer service levels and delivery performance.
  • Monitor material availability with Purchasing to ensure build goals are attainable.
  • Follow up with material shortages and expediting as needed.
  • Ongoing review and maintenance of lead times



Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar degree 
  • Strong Excel skills required
