Pay Range: $25/hr - $35/hr depending on experience

We are seeking a dependable and technically capable IT Support Technician to provide hands-on support for desktop and laptop hardware, software, peripherals, and office printers. This role focuses on end-user support, asset management, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations.

Job Duties:
  • Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on desktop and laptop computers and related systems.
  •  Support computer peripherals and office printers, including managing printer-related supplies (excluding paper).
  • Install, configure, and update software, patches, and operating system images on desktops, laptops, and personal devices.
  • Assist users in identifying appropriate software solutions to meet business and operational needs.
  • Provide first-line technical support for end-user hardware, software, printers, and basic network connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and end-user network-related problems.
  • Assist Network Administrators or Analysts with troubleshooting escalated network-related issues affecting end users.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Experience with PC imaging, software installation, and patch management.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately track and manage IT assets.
     Experience working with vendors for hardware repair or replacement is a plus.
