Title: IT Support Specialist 

Hourly Pay: $24hr - $27hr 

Location: Zeeland, MI 49464

Hire Type: Full-time, hourly (40hrs per week)

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Systems Technician to support and maintain our internal computer systems, hardware, and software. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support requests, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Job Duties:
  • Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the company
  • Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Manage and resolve support tickets through the company’s ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
  • Install, configure, and update software and operating systems
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks, including user account setup and hardware deployment
  • Collaborate with the broader IT team to support larger corporate technology initiatives and infrastructure projects
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and support procedures
  • Ensure all systems and devices meet company security standards and best practices

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with common IT hardware components (PCs, printers, peripherals, etc.)
  • Experience with support ticketing systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a desire to grow and learn in a collaborative environment
