About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in building a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture. In this position, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across our multiple manufacturing sites—ensuring fair, consistent, and proactive employee relations practices that support both people and performance.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with plant managers and department leaders to address employee relations issues, from investigations to conflict resolution, with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, policy interpretation, and compliance with employment laws.
- Drive consistency in HR practices across multiple locations while recognizing and adapting to site-specific needs.
- Support change management initiatives, engagement programs, and workforce development efforts to enhance company culture.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop, communicate, and implement HR policies and best practices.
- Analyze employee feedback and workplace trends to proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on employee relations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills—able to build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical, people-centered solutions.
- Ability to travel occasionally between manufacturing sites.
