Position Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist will play a vital role in supporting the HR Department with various functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, document management, communication, and general HR administrative tasks. The incumbent in this role must possess a high level of integrity and demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a preference for candidates with manufacturing industry experience.
Experience with Ceridian/Dayforce is a plus.
Proficiency in all areas of HR responsibilities, including payroll, new hire orientation, recruiting, and benefits administration.
