Pay Range: $105,100.00 USD - $144,500.00 USD Yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Provide crucial technical support and instructions to our production and manufacturing operation teams.
  • Review and analyze electrical designs, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
  • Maintain the performance of our testers, meeting customer requirements and standards.
  • Lead in failure analysis and debugging of products, employing advanced technical skills.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to resolve technical challenges in the manufacturing process.
  • Mentor and guide team members, sharing expertise and providing necessary documentation.
  • Effectively communicate with customers regarding test data and production issues, showcasing our dedication to excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in power distribution, with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Proficiency in interpreting electrical diagrams, blueprints, and relevant standards.
  • Hands-on experience with test setups and HVHP manufacturing processes.
  • Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
