Job Description
- Provide desktop support for end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist with software installation, upgrades, and configurations on workstations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues related to network and printers.
- Manage and update user accounts and access permissions.
- Respond to and resolve incoming IT support requests through phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Assist with hardware setup, including PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Associates or Bachelors in IT related field preferred
- At least 2-4 years of IT support experience preferred
