We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC Technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems. The HVAC Technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems.   Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
  1. Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  2. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
  3. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
  4. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems.
  5. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  6. Keeping logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  7. Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  8. Complying with service standards and work instructions
HVAC Technician Requirements:
  1. High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
  2. 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
  3. Open to Junior candidates with Industrial or Commercial HVAC experience
  4. Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
  5. Working knowledge of boiler systems.
  6. Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
  7. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
  9. Ability to work Overtime as needed - after hours or weekends.
  10. Ability to work in confined spaces.
