Job Description

Title: Regional HSE Leader

Location: Based out of Chicago, IL or Houston, TX - 30-40% travel

Compensation: $160-170k

Job Duties:
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team in the region to formulate the company's HSE strategy, leveraging innovation and best practices to ensure sustainable corporate development. 
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to site HSE teams. 
  • Establish and communicate goals and targets aligned with Automation Americas and group objectives, overseeing progress and evaluating organizational performance. 
  • Serve as the primary contact for all regional HSE matters, internally and externally, offering technical support as needed to effectively manage HSE responsibilities. 
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and revision of HSE policies and procedures in accordance with the IMI HSE Framework and local/regional regulations. 
  • Support accident/incident investigations to promote ongoing improvement of processes. 
  • Conduct analysis of accident/incident statistics to identify trends and propose enhancement strategies. 
  • Develop and implement relevant KPIs to enhance company and regional HSE performance.

Qualifications:
  • CSP certification
  • Experience in manufacturing and petrochemical industries preferred
  • Multi-site/regional responsibility 
  • 10+ years in leadership capacity
