- Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to managers and employees on a variety of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and workplace concerns with fairness, consistency, and discretion.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the broader HR team to develop proactive solutions, programs, and training.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations and best practices.
- Assist in developing and refining HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and employee engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on employee relations
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable handling complex employee issues independently
