Join Sterling Engineering at the Henrico Career Fair!

Sterling Engineering is looking for motivated individuals to join our team in a variety of position with one of our manufacturing clients in Henrico, VA. If you have experience working in manufacturing or production environments, we want to meet you. We will be attending a career fair in Richmond, VA. We would love for you to come out and meet us as well as other companies in the area looking for employees like YOU!


We’re seeking candidates with experience in:
  • Assembly – Reading blueprints, using hand tools, assembling parts to specifications
  • Quality Technician – Performing inspections, documenting results, ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Maintenance (Mechanical or Electrical) – Troubleshooting, repairing machinery, performing preventive maintenance
  • Test Technician – Operating test equipment, recording data, diagnosing product issues
If you’ve worked in these areas, or have similar skills, bring your experience and let’s talk!



What We’re Looking For:
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience (1+ years preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, or schematics
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
  • Ability to operate hand tools, machines, or inspection equipment
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
