? Up to $230,000 base + 40% bonus

- Provide strategic leadership to maximize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage, coach, and develop the leadership team to drive accountability and results.
- Partner with Sales and Applications teams on proposals and long-cycle system sales.
- Oversee project delivery, risk management, and customer satisfaction from RFQ through installation and final payment.
- Implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate operations.
- Drive P&L performance and ensure revenue/booking targets are met.
- Negotiate customer contracts, resolve warranty or project issues, and ensure on-time closure.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (mechanical/systems preferred).
- 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or high-tech environments, preferably custom automation.
- Track record of leading large-scale, custom machine projects from concept through delivery.
- Strong financial acumen, with proven P&L and budgeting experience.
- Background in business development or long-cycle technical sales.
- Familiarity with automation systems (PLCs, robotics, motion, software).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
