General Manager

Job Title: General Manager

Responsibilities: 

Pay Range: $110-$130k per year plus bonus

• Provide leadership and customer management direction to operational staff
• Oversee project managers, purchasing, engineers, quality, assembly, fabrication, facility, and department leads or managers
• Assume responsibility for division operational key performance indicators (KPI)
• Perform administrative duties as required
• Achieve customer satisfaction and employee development goals
• Meet fiscal plan targets and comply with governance and compliance standards
• Achieve division group objectives and streamline methodologies
• Manage risks and maintain safety standards
• Encourage team environment and mentor employees
• Produce succession candidates for director level roles
• Create and work in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental Procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in a management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Familiarity with ISO standards and procedures
• Ability to travel as needed
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
