 Fluid Power Technician
Nashville, TN
Pay rate – 26/hr
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assemble equipment according to approved designs and customer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a safe and efficient environment.
  • Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, install piping and hoses, and interpret blueprints and symbols.
  • Assist in the implementation and adherence to ISO/Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team efforts.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent,  3-5 years fluid power experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of schematic interpretation, pipe threading, fitting identification, and symbols.
  • Proven mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working on/under machines.
  • Willingness to obtain licenses and training in Hi-Lo (Forklift), Aerial Platform, Overhead Crane, and Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to provide personal hand tools and a suitable toolbox.
Additional Details:
  • Travel may be required, including domestic and international travel, depending on the project (approximately 20% of the time).
  • Ability to accept direction, complete tasks as assigned, and work effectively as part of a team or individually.
