Field Service Technician

- Install, start up, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging equipment at customer facilities
- Assist with machine assembly and testing at the manufacturing facility prior to shipment
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and controls-related issues
- Perform equipment upgrades, preventative maintenance, and customer training
- Work closely with engineering and technical support teams to resolve field issues
- Travel approximately 75% throughout North America with occasional international travel
- Experience as a Field Service Technician, Machine Builder, Maintenance Technician, Automation Technician, or similar role
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working on industrial machinery or automated equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience with photo eyes,servo motors, VFDs, sensors, drives, and automated equipment
- Packaging industry experience is highly preferred, but not required
- Comfortable traveling extensively and adapting to changing priorities
- $30–$40/hour based on experience
- Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
