Field Service Technician – Packaging & Automated Equipment
Earn $80,000–$100,000+ annually while traveling, troubleshooting, and installing cutting-edge automated equipment across North America and beyond.

What You'll Do
  • Install, start up, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging equipment at customer facilities
  • Assist with machine assembly and testing at the manufacturing facility prior to shipment
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and controls-related issues
  • Perform equipment upgrades, preventative maintenance, and customer training
  • Work closely with engineering and technical support teams to resolve field issues
  • Travel approximately 75% throughout North America with occasional international travel
What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Field Service Technician, Machine Builder, Maintenance Technician, Automation Technician, or similar role
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience working on industrial machinery or automated equipment
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Experience with photo eyes,servo motors,  VFDs, sensors, drives, and automated equipment
  • Packaging industry experience is highly preferred, but not required
  • Comfortable traveling extensively and adapting to changing priorities
Compensation & Benefits
  • $30–$40/hour based on experience
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
