We’re looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team and be the go-to expert for maintaining and servicing industrial air compressor systems at customer sites. If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and building strong customer relationships, this role offers autonomy, variety, and room to grow.
- Travel to customer sites to perform maintenance and repairs on air compressors, dryers, and related equipment
- Deliver exceptional service while troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
- Clearly explain system features, benefits, and best practices to customers
- Recommend proactive solutions that address customer needs and enhance system performance
- Ensure accurate completion of service documentation, including work orders and reports
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold a high level of customer communication
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Rotate weekend on-call responsibilities with fellow technicians
- 3–5 years of experience servicing rotary screw and reciprocating compressors; experience with centrifugal compressors is a plus
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
