Job Description
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with machinery with the support of the company specialist,
- Collaborate with customers to provide technical support, training, and guidance on equipment usage and maintenance.
- Provide feedback to the engineering team on recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies while on-site.
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies needed for service tasks.
- Travel to various customer locations as required,
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role within the industrial machinery sector.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays, as required.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
