Job Summary: 

A rapidly growing provider of proprietary, purpose-built robotic automation for the CNC machining industry.  To support our growth in the United States, we are hiring Field Service/Installation Technicians that have technical aptitude, communication skills and a commitment to provide amazing service to our customers at their manufacturing facilities.  Candidates for this great opportunity to join a high-growth company with a team-oriented culture should be able to meet the following responsibilities and requirements:

Job Duties:

• Limited programming of robotic systems
• On-site installation of robotic system and supporting devices
• Some mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic control design
• Regular local (greater Northern Illinois/Wisconsin/Indiana) travel to customer locations; some overnight travel may be required

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Manufacturing/Engineering or equivalent job-related experience
• Excellent electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel
• 2 years industrial experience
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and pneumatic schematics

 PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Robot Programming experience
• CNC Machining experience
• Field installation experience, including other industries outside of manufacturing and automation
• Technical customer service support
• PLC Programming experience
