Target Starting Salary: $75,000-$85,000/year

Overview
We are seeking a Field Service Technical Support professional to join our team. This role provides technical guidance to customers before and after the sale, helping ensure successful design, fabrication, and assembly outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support to customers on complex product and tooling issues.
  • Review customer requirements, identify potential challenges, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Support product development by translating customer needs into design recommendations and specifications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with product, engineering, and business development teams.
  • Identify and communicate design or integration issues internally and externally.
  • Coordinate product integration efforts between suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
  • Deliver technical presentations and seminars to customers and sales teams.
  • Support vendor qualification efforts with customer representatives.
  • Develop initial project scopes and prepare detailed project plans based on customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Maintain required documentation and reports.
  • May be required to work periodically at customer sites.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Approximately 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical, operational, and customer relationship skills.
  • Broad understanding of related processes, technologies, and cross-functional impacts.
  • Ability to influence near-term operational outcomes and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading major projects or initiatives.
  • Comfortable making independent decisions and working with ambiguous requirements.
