Job Summary:
  • Field Installation of Surface Mount - Automation equipment throughout North America. 
  • Field Troubleshoot, Repair, Training, and Process support of Surface Mount - Automation equipment. 
  •  Engineering Level Technical Phone Support. 
  •  Engineering Level data collection including written and oral reports.
  •  Comprehension of Electrical schematic, blueprint, and mechatronics drawings. 
  • Capability of working in both team and independent work environments with limited supervision.
  •  Strong verbal communication skills with both customer and other  Technical Depts. 
  • Knowledge of Windows and be comfortable installing software. 
  • Flexibility to travel and perform job assignments at short notice. 
  • Strong Aptitude with current computing applications and networking processes. 
  • Travel with U.S. & Canada 75% of time
