Job Duties:

- Conduct hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure effective equipment operation and agreed procedures.
- Provide post-maintenance support to restore pre-maintenance efficiencies.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and automation issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and escalate if necessary.
- Handle claims and provide technical support and guidance.
- Conduct root cause analysis for escalated claims.
- Install rebuilding kits and reinstate equipment into production.
- Analyze, identify, and take action on safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Associates degree, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- 3-5 years of technical experience in equipment manufacturing or service-based industries.
- Familiarity with customer sites, packaging lines, carton and packaging technology, and aseptic processes.
- Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining equipment of varying complexity.
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing), with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or German preferred.
- Willingness to travel at least 80% of the time, including foreign travel. Must reside near a major airport.
