Shift: 2nd shift schedule
Target Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00/hour

Job Summary:
The Facility Maintenance Technician will ensure the smooth operation of building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and grounds systems within a medical device manufacturing facility.
Job Duties:
- Perform and prioritize daily work orders and preventive maintenance.
- Use CMMS and BAS systems for work order entry and tracking.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pumps, and carpentry.
- Maintain and install electrical circuits (480V–12V) and piping systems.
- Perform facility upkeep, including snow removal, grounds maintenance, and basic janitorial tasks.
- Assist with equipment relocation, office furniture assembly, and machinery rigging.
- Operate tools and equipment such as forklifts, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Promote and follow safety protocols.
- Respond to facility emergencies during non-scheduled hours.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of mechanical and electrical facility experience.
- Low-voltage experience and skills are highly preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, pumps, pneumatics, electronics, and hydraulics.
- Basic computer skills (Office, Word, Excel) and maintenance record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently, lift 50 lbs., and handle seasonal indoor/outdoor tasks.
