Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: The facilities manager is responsible for managing all maintenance services including the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, building, and other facilities. The position plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials, and other related costs.
KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible of maximizing – UP / RUN TIME of all Productive Equipment
· Conduct – Risk Assessment Evaluation in all new and production equipment to ensure safety in all machines
· Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, facility changes and expansion, and communication of building changes
· Prepares facilities for changing weather conditions
· Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates.
