Job Summary:
  • As an FSQA Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality within our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team of QA technicians, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Duties:
  • Overseeing pre-operational inspections and quality control procedures.
  • Conducting routine audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of QA technicians.
  • Investigating and resolving food safety and quality issues.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards, such as HACCP and GMP.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
