Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership within a growing food and beverage manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be a master multitasker with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the executive team (CEO, COO, CFO, or VP-level).
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential materials.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal departments to ensure clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and tracking of action items.
- Assist with company events, board meetings, and strategic planning activities.
- Maintain discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Support special projects and initiatives related to production, supply chain, and customer partnerships.
- Track and process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and enhance executive efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
