Job Title: EHS & Lean Manager
Location: LaGrange, GA
 Salary:  $110,000-$115,000

Role Overview
Lead EHS programs and drive lean initiatives to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety controls.
  • Ensure compliance with all EHS regulations and maintain policies and records.
  • Deliver safety training and lead incident investigations.
  • Manage emergency response plans, drills, PPE, and first aid supplies.
  • Lead Safety Committee meetings.
  • Drive lean projects, 5S, audits, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain lean metrics and reporting.
About You
  • Strong communicator and team leader.
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable in EHS standards and lean principles.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt and/or CSP preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Dynamics FO ERP a plus.
