Hours: 6pm - 6am (Wed, Thurs, Fri, and every other Saturday)

Job Summary:
  • Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives on keeping high-performance equipment running smoothly? We're looking for a versatile and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for both mechanical and electrical maintenance of production equipment, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and minimal downtime.

Job Duties:
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in conveyor systems, pumps, motors, and other production machinery.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Support installation and teardown of process equipment alongside engineers and process techs.
  • Perform component inspections, alignments, and replacements as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and controls across manufacturing equipment.
  • Execute calibrations and re-qualifications according to maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain, upgrade, or replace control systems and circuit components.
  • Perform occasional software maintenance on equipment
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records of repair activities.
  • Collaborate with engineers on test plans and process improvements.
  • Assist with vendor coordination or occasional travel to other sites for equipment support.
  • Communicate daily equipment status, issues, and resolutions with the team.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with mechanical and/or electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills – both mechanically and electrically.
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and maintenance tracking systems.
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong attention to safety and detail.
