Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Spearhead production planning initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across departments
- Conduct comprehensive labor analysis to optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to streamline processes
- Develop and maintain detailed Gantt charts and project schedules using MS Project
- Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to the implementation and utilization of Business Central Software (Microsoft ERP)
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and present findings to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in production planning
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
- Internship experience in scheduling, planning, or Gantt chart development is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Project and familiarity with Gantt charts
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is desirable
- Experience working with Business Central SW is a plus
