Job Description

Title: Entry Level Drafter 
Salary: $20/hr 
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 

Job Summary 
  • Implement changes to 3D models, drawings, quality control forms using SolidWorks and SolidWorks Inspection.  
  • Implement changes to the Routings such as material consumption and related quality control checks. 
  • Responsible for processing the orders in a timely manner. 
  • Consults with Production Managers by gathering DATA required for 3D models, drawings, and routing.  Maintains and updates a database, SolidWorks Library. 
  • Maintains communication with various departments within the company. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Minimum Requirements 
  • Associate Degree or higher. 
  • Proficient in SolidWorks. 
  • Ability to read, interpret, and create technical drawings. 
  • Ability to use measuring instruments such as measuring tape, caliper, micrometer, etc.  An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which after training provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
