Are you hands-on with electronics and looking for a career path in engineering support? We’re hiring Engineering Support Technicians to assist with testing, troubleshooting, and development of electronic components and systems for non-production engineering projects. This contract-to-hire opportunity is based in Pflugerville, TX and offers growth potential within a cutting-edge manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Set up and run engineering tests on electronic assemblies and components.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze electronic test results to assist in resolving technical issues.
  • Support engineers in developing and refining hardware and software test setups.
  • Assemble and modify wiring, cables, and electronic subassemblies based on schematics.
  • Document test results and procedures, and suggest process or design improvements.
  • Maintain test equipment, tools, and documentation to current specifications.
  • Train operators and fellow technicians on proper use of equipment and test procedures.
  • Perform customer-specified electronic tests and report outcomes accurately.
What You Bring:
  • Previous experience supporting electronic testing, troubleshooting, or assembly.
  • Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and test plans.
  • Strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
