Title: Manufacturing Engineering Technician

Location: Carpentersville, IL 

Hire Type:  CONTRACT-TO-HIRE

Job Duties:
  • Implement corrective actions for manufacturing solutions.
  • Utilize CNC software to program cutting paths, feeds, and speeds for various tool steels, adjusting machine settings to optimize production while ensuring quality standards.
  • Utilize CAD for tool designing responsibilities. 
  • Conduct quality assurance tests to verify that parts meet design specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and programs
Qualifications:
  • Possess an Associates Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
  • Proficient in CAD work (preferably SolidWorks) 
  • Experience utilizing CNC programming software
