Job Description
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Conduct complex engineering tests and development activities; analyze results and implement required changes
- Review project documentation, work instructions, and blueprints to determine test specifications and troubleshoot technical issues
- Set up and perform testing on units and components for design validation, quality control, and failure analysis
- Collect, document, and maintain test data, procedures, and equipment records
- Support hardware and software development activities as needed
- Assist with maintaining equipment and tools used in testing and development
- Train and support technicians on processes, equipment, and best practices
- Associate’s degree, military training, vocational training, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Typically 8–10 years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience preferred
