Engineering Maintenance Manager
Job Description
- Plan, schedule, and manage all maintenance activities for equipment and systems.
- Supervise and support the maintenance team, and coordinate tasks with external contractors.
- Develop and conduct ongoing training for maintenance staff to enhance skills and safety.
- Oversee and improve the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program to maintain ISO certification.
- Create and manage a comprehensive maintenance inventory and parts system.
- Maintain detailed machine and facility operator/service manuals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including OSHA LOTO and NFPA 70E.
- Lead and coordinate machinery installations, plant relocations, and equipment/system moves.
- Oversee building systems such as electrical, pneumatic, communication, water, and HVAC.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- At least 5 years of management experience in industrial maintenance.
- 10+ years’ experience in maintenance, planning, or facilities engineering.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
- Solid understanding of industrial electrical distribution systems
