Engineering Discipline Manager (Gas Transmission)
Job Description
Location: Remote (Excludes: NY, CA, HI, CT, NJ, OR, MO)
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $140K–$150K

- Manage client relationships and act as the primary contact for all natural gas projects.
- Oversee coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical and quality expectations.
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively with the Project Management Office.
- Review project deliverables for quality, accuracy, and adherence to company and client standards.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and regular performance feedback to engineering staff.
- Support marketing team with bid proposals, pricing, and new business opportunities.
- Track project and team performance to achieve short- and long-term goals.
- Attend conferences and training sessions to maintain proficiency and drive innovation.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, training, and efficiency.
- Leverage professional relationships to recruit talent, expand client base, and enhance service delivery.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or currently in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Strong technical knowledge of natural gas design and related codes.
- Consulting experience with knowledge of industry KPIs and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) software is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-driven, and effective in a remote work environment.
