Engineering Associate
Job Description
- Develop and adjust sheet metal programs using AMADA 4i software to support production needs.
- Coordinate with production to process and release daily manufacturing work orders.
- Revise and maintain engineering drawings in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, aligning with current design standards.
- Provide administrative and documentation support for the engineering department.
- Execute minor design updates through Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
- Partner with cross-functional teams—production, design, and quality—to resolve manufacturing issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Associate’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or related discipline) preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering support capacity.
- Hands-on experience with AMADA 4i, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication techniques and CNC programming principles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
