Job Description

Title: Electrician
Location: Liberty, SC 
Pay: $38/hr
Hire Type: Contract
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM,

The Electrician will be responsible for the assembly and wiring of automated equipment according to approved designs and customer specifications. This role requires working across both Liberty and Greenville plants with minimal supervision while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with NEC standards. The position involves schematic interpretation, panel building, troubleshooting wiring and circuits, and maintaining clear communication with the project team during the build process.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Assemble and wire automated equipment according to approved designs and specifications.
  2. Troubleshoot wiring and circuits; wire according to NEC standards.
  3. Read and interpret schematics, build panels, and complete machine wiring.
  4. Document and communicate any changes, issues, or problems during the build process.
  5. Communicate open issues and progress updates with the project team.
  6. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of assigned work areas.
  7. Assist with the execution of ISO/Quality standards.
  8. Safely operate forklifts, aerial platforms, and overhead cranes (training provided).
Job Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. 4+ years of electrical experience, preferred.
  3. Related vocational education or Journeyman’s card, preferred.
  4. Proven mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality.
Skills
  1. Intermediate knowledge of schematic interpretation, panel building, machine wiring, and troubleshooting.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Basic computer skills.
  4. Ability to maintain a steady work pace, including bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
