Job Description
Title: Electricians
Location: Holland, MI
Hire Type: Contract (3+ months)
Shift : Flexible hours between 5 am - 5 pm (8-10 hour shifts)
Compensation: $35-60/hrly

- Assemble equipment according to approved designs, electrical schematics, and customer specifications
- Wire machines and control panels in accordance with NEC standards
- Read, interpret, and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Troubleshoot electrical wiring, circuits, and components to resolve issues during the build process
- Document and communicate design changes, issues, and progress to the project team
- Support ISO and Quality System requirements throughout the build process
- Assist with project execution related to cost, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction
- Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4+ years of electrical experience preferred
- Related vocational or technical education preferred
- Journeyman’s card preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of:
- Electrical schematic interpretation
- Control panel building
- Industrial machine wiring
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Proven mechanical aptitude with a strong focus on safety and quality
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow direction, work independently, or as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work on or under machinery
- Ability to maintain a steady work pace in a production environment
