Title: Electricians
Location: Holland, MI
Hire Type: Contract (3+ months)
Shift : Flexible hours between 5 am - 5 pm (8-10 hour shifts) 
Compensation: $35-60/hrly

• Assemble equipment according to approved designs, electrical schematics, and customer specifications
• Wire machines and control panels in accordance with NEC standards
• Read, interpret, and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Troubleshoot electrical wiring, circuits, and components to resolve issues during the build process
• Document and communicate design changes, issues, and progress to the project team
• Support ISO and Quality System requirements throughout the build process
• Assist with project execution related to cost, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction
• Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 4+ years of electrical experience preferred
• Related vocational or technical education preferred
• Journeyman’s card preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of:
  • Electrical schematic interpretation
  • Control panel building
  • Industrial machine wiring
  • Electrical troubleshooting
• Proven mechanical aptitude with a strong focus on safety and quality
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow direction, work independently, or as part of a team

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work on or under machinery
• Ability to maintain a steady work pace in a production environment
