Job Description
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment, including motors, drives, and control panels.
- Perform regular maintenance on PLC-based systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Modify and update PLC programs to support process improvements and troubleshooting.
- Assist in equipment upgrades and process automation initiatives.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Document maintenance activities and electrical modifications accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- 5+ years of industrial electrician experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience working with PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
- Ability to troubleshoot, modify, and program PLC logic.
- Familiarity with electrical systems up to 480V.
- Proficient in using multimeters, meggers, and other electrical diagnostic tools.
