Job Description

Electrical Panel Builder 
Join a leading innovator in custom automation and test equipment serving the life sciences, personal care, and food & beverage industries. We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Machine Builder / Lead Electrician who thrives on solving problems, building precision equipment, and leading by example.
What You’ll Do:
  • Build, wire, and troubleshoot advanced automation and control systems.
  • Assemble and install control panels and electrical components from schematics and drawings.
  • Test, fine-tune, and verify equipment performance using electrical instruments.
  • Collaborate with mechanical leads to ensure seamless integration and system success.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites for setup or support.
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in electrical machine building or industrial equipment assembly (automation experience a plus).
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.
  • Skilled with electrical hand tools, soldering, and test equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work safely in varied environments.
