Job Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electrical components to construct reliable and functional power sources.
  • Install electrical components on mechanical units, conduct thorough testing, and troubleshoot completed assemblies.
  • Contribute to the design layouts for electrical parts, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Build and wire motorized products, ensuring proper installation of guards and covers after painting.
  • Troubleshoot automated, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic components during the assembly process, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Perform proof tests on all units and rectify any deficiencies, creating jigs or mock-ups as needed for testing equipment.
  • Occasionally undertake mechanical assembly and testing tasks according to specifications, utilizing drilling, tapping, and other assembly tools.
  • Prepare finished products for shipment by boxing, skidding, labeling, and attaching packing slips.
  • Comply with all safety rules and regulations to ensure a secure workplace.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Electrical certificate, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in electrical assembly.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical assembly and mechanical assembly (following blueprints).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with SolidWorks for electrical design.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Working knowledge of electrical circuitry, design, and electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Proficiency with voltage meters, amp meters, hand tools, and power tools.
