Electrician
Job Description
- Ensure products meet or exceed quality and customer expectations.
- Work with different departments to improve electrical/electronic controls while following NEC and NEMA codes.
- Assist maintenance staff with troubleshooting and provide training to enhance their understanding of control systems.
- Offer technical expertise for daily manufacturing needs.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems.
- Install and maintain electrical components for reliability and performance improvements.
- Create accurate electrical schematics for control system projects.
- Guide external vendors on electrical requirements for new equipment, including standardization and documentation.
- Support improvement and corrective action projects as needed.
- Design and maintain systems for tracking real-time plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is preferred.
