Job Description:
As an Electrical Build Technician, you will play a pivotal role in building complete electrical panels, performing panel terminations, cable routing, and cable terminations. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized work area, following established processes, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of tasks while meeting quality expectations. You will work closely with team leaders and collaborate on process documentation, specific tools, and product improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain a clean work area at all times.
Execute tasks with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality.
Work productively and efficiently, meeting expected timeframes.
Follow established processes and documentation, completing work as directed.
Accurately and timely report labor and time.
Layout, drill, and tap enclosure panels.
Mount components on enclosure panels.
Wire components on enclosure panels.
Complete terminations in electrical enclosures.
Perform cable routing, cable end installation, and terminations.
Execute work assigned by Team Leaders within expected time frames.

Previous experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role.
