Salary Range: $85k-$110k (flexible)
 
Job Summary:
  • Prepare estimates, quotes, and proposals for control panel design and assembly.
  • Create preliminary design BOMs, single-line diagrams, panel layouts, and other electrical documentation required for project proposals.
  •  Design electrical schematics based on project specifications.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities while utilizing a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with prospective customers and internal engineering teams to assess customer requirements and project scope.
 
Job Duties:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in pre-sales, estimation, or a related role
  • Ability to design BOMs, single line diagrams, and panel layouts from high-level requirements
  • Proficiency in designing electrical schematics for various projects
  • Working knowledge of PLCs, IO Modules, VFDs, motors, control panels, and other standard industrial equipment
  • Proficiency with electrical design software, preferably AutoCAD Electrical
  • Willingness to travel locally, with occasional overnight trips
