Salary: $100,000-125,000

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Spearhead research and development initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to field service technicians, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with engineers from sister companies, leveraging collective expertise and resources.
  • Engage in up to 30% travel to support on-site operations and attend industry events.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in electrical, mechanical, and controls engineering, with a strong background in FVD, servo motors, and PLC systems.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience in a supervisory role, with a willingness to take a practical approach.
  • Familiarity with the food industry, particularly meat processing, is highly desirable.
